· In case of unavailability, Windmills Craftworks reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Pricing and Payments

· All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

· Prices, menu items, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

· We accept multiple payment modes including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where applicable).

· Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS–compliant gateways. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

4. Delivery and Pickup

· Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on location, order volume, and traffic conditions.

· For pickup orders, customers are requested to collect their order within the time mentioned during checkout.

· Our responsibility for delivery ceases once the order is handed over at the registered address or to an authorized representative.

· Delivery services are currently limited to specific pin codes as mentioned on the Platform.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Modifications

Please refer to our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Platform. Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be modified or cancelled by the Buyer, except as specified in the Policy.

6. Product Quality and Allergies

· We take utmost care in preparing and packaging all food and beverages.

· Ingredients and allergens are listed in the menu, where applicable.

· Buyers with specific allergies are responsible for verifying ingredients before consumption.

· Windmills Craftworks shall not be held liable for allergic reactions arising from undisclosed sensitivities or misuse of information.

7. Intellectual Property

· All content on the Platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Windmills Craftworks and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
