Refund & Cancellation Policy

Any terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use governing your use of our website www.windmillscraftworks.com

(the “Website”), which is referred to as the “Platform.” These terms and conditions shall be effective and applicable in all cases where an order is placed through the Platform or via any third-party delivery platforms.

Customer Cancellation

As a general rule, once an Order has been placed on the Platform, the Buyer shall not be entitled to cancel the Order.

If the Buyer cancels the Order after placing it, Windmills Craftworks shall have the right to charge 100% of the Order amount as a cancellation fee for breach of contract, as compensation for the damages suffered by Windmills Craftworks and/or its delivery partners. Windmills Craftworks reserves the right not to refund the Order value in case the Buyer’s Order is prepaid, or to recover the equivalent amount from the Buyer’s subsequent Orders (in the case of postpaid Orders), in order to compensate the Restaurant and Delivery Partners.

 

Non-Customer Cancellation

Windmills Craftworks reserves the right to cancel Orders in whole or in part and shall not be liable for any resulting claims or damages in circumstances not attributable to Windmills Craftworks, including but not limited to:

· Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Buyer, or address falling outside the designated delivery area;

· Failure to contact the Buyer by phone or email at the time of delivery;

· Failure to deliver the Order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from the Buyer;

· Unavailability of the items ordered at the time of booking the Order.

In such events, Windmills Craftworks will contact the Buyer using the contact details provided at the time of Order placement and inform the Buyer of such unavailability or delivery issues. The Buyer shall be entitled to cancel the Order in such cases and may receive a refund up to 100% of the Order value, subject to verification and approval by Windmills Craftworks.

 

Refunds

The Buyer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders as per the following conditions:

· If the packaging of an item or the complete Order is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery and the Buyer refuses to accept it for that reason;

· If the wrong items are delivered to the Buyer;

· If the Buyer’s Order is not delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Windmills Craftworks or its delivery partner.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be made to the original payment source and assessed on a case-to-case basis. Windmills Craftworks’ decision on refunds shall be final and binding.

 

Refund Timelines

All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) and credited to the Buyer’s account as per the payment mechanism chosen at the time of Order. Indicative timelines for processing refunds are as follows:

In case of payment at the time of delivery, the Buyer will not be required to pay if:

· The packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery;

· The wrong Order is delivered; or

· Items are missing from the Order.

 

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

· When the food has been partially consumed by the Buyer after delivery or pickup;

· When minor temperature or texture variations occur due to standard delivery transit time;

· When the Buyer is unavailable or unreachable during delivery attempts;

· When the Order was prepared as per the Buyer’s customization or instructions, but the Buyer later claims dissatisfaction with taste or appearance;

· When packaging integrity is compromised after delivery due to improper handling by the Buyer.

 

General Terms

1. All refunds or cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery through the Platform or by contacting hospitality@total-environment.com or calling 7899740309.

2. Windmills Craftworks reserves the right to verify and validate each claim before initiating a refund or replacement.

3. Refunds will not be applicable once the Buyer has accepted the Order upon delivery and confirmed receipt of all items.

4. No refunds shall be provided in cases where the Buyer fails to accept delivery due to unavailability, incorrect address, or failure to respond to delivery partner communications.

5. Windmills Craftworks may modify or update this policy at its sole discretion, and such changes shall be effective upon posting on the Platform.
